DBS/CRB Check

All of our Staff are DBS Checked and fully insured.

A Statutory DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service, formerly referred to as a CRB check) is a checking service used to verify the past history and criminal background of an employee, potential employee or a volunteer. This specifically relates to their interaction with training, care or supervision of children under 18 years of age, or vulnerable adults within care homes, nurseries, schools, children homes.

An enhanced DBS check provides a level of checking that is higher than that provided by a statutory DBS check. It includes a check on Police records for relevant information and may even include additional information, which will be disclosed to a counter signatory, and not be revealed to the DBS check applicant.
