What can I say but welcome to the NATIONAL CHAMPIONS !!!! The Streetz Ahead Junior Troupe came 1st Place, with Lollipop in their open section, as well as 5th Place, overall out of their age group, in That’s ShowBiz, by Dance Design, National Finals, Blackpool, January 2015.
In December, we had our Find Ur Feet, Variety Show. Celebrating the end of the 3rd year, pupils showcased to a very high standard, musical theatre pieces from all of their favourite West End hits and T.V. classics.
Streetz Ahead pupils, performing for the 5th consecutive year running, to an audience of 5million people, alongside Pimlico Plumbers. The Lord Mayor’s Show, in November, is simply a brilliant experience for all!
Our first Halloween Workshop in our own Dancescape Studios, is one definitely to repeat. Watch out for same time, same place next year!!
This October has brought continued successes and fun participating again in the Kent Dance Challenge. All Troupes were winners! Juniors won 1st Place, with Timber mix and our Intermediates won 2nd Place, with their street mix. Let’s Get Ridiculous also came 2nd.
Our dream turned to reality as in September, we opened our very own studios: DANCESCAPE STUDIOS, in Waltham Abbey. To mark the occasion, PERRY and JORDAN, from DIVERSITY!!, cut the red ribbon and celebrated we were open for business.
